Simon van Rennings completed a course of training as event manager at SHOWTECH and worked there as assisting manager later on. After that he studied safety engineering at the university of Wuppertal where he contributed to the german research project “BaSiGo – Bausteine für die Sicherheit von Großveranstaltungen”. He is now scientific assistant at the IBIT GmbH.
